Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally, it depends on your order. it is 3-7 days if the goods are in stock. If not, 15-20 days according to your quantity.

Q: What are the shipping procedures?

A: Step1: After confirming your payment, the warehouse will arrange your order within 1-3 days.

Step 2: The domestic logistics will arrange and ship to our international forwarder when the goods are packaged well.

Step3: The freight forwarders will book and row your order to your country or designated port once they receive the goods.

Q: Can you provide samples? is it free or extra?

A: It depends on the model part numbers, material and quantity. For some products, we can provide free samples(Total Value≤USD50.00), but you should pay the freight.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: 1.MOQ: 1pc different standard bearings.

2.MOQ: 3000 pcs customized your brand bearings.

Q: What about the packaging details?

A: 1. Industrial packaging: plastic bag + kraft paper + carton or wooden box; Plastic wrap + carton + tray.

2. Commercial packaging :1pc/ plastic bag + color box + carton + tray

Q: What are your terms of payment?

A: 1.Our payment terms are usually 100% TT（bank transfer ) in advance , Western Union and PayPal. T/T is more. According to the order situation, we can discuss again.

2.Payment≤1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment≥1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.

Q: Do you accept L/C payment terms?

A: We don't accept L/C payment. Because of the purchase in the Chinese market, branded bearings cannot be used as L/C, we accept T/T, Western Union and PayPal.

Q: How much discount does Rona bearing offer?

A: It depends on how much you buy from us, like everything else.

Q: When can you get a reply of the inquiry?

A: We will get back to you within 24 hours after receiving the inquiry during working days.

Q: How about the OEM POLICY?

A: 1. We can print your brand (logo, artwork) on the shield or laser engraving your brand on the shield.

Q: Can you provide product pictures for confirmation？

A: Firstly, we can provide relevant pictures of products during production and trading procession. If you are worried about the error of the goods, please check the product description and related parameters in our quotation. We would provide the goods according to your requirements.

A: we are a manufacturer with independent development capabilities with 30 years’ experience of bearing, and we also have our own international trade department, we produce and sell ourselves.

Q: Where is your company located?

A: Our factory is located in Shandong, and the foreign trade department offices are located in Shanghai and Hong Kong.

Q: Does your company have an agent in our local area?

A: Sorry, we don’t have agent in your city. If you choose to cooperate with us, we can guarantee that the price of the products will be more competitive than the local ones.

Q: Is the quality of your products trustworthy?

A: Sure, our products have a one-year shelf life, and we can replace them free of charge if there is any quality problem after receiving the goods.

Q: How to guarantee the quality of your products?

A: First, we will have corresponding inspections after each process. For the final product, we will do 100% full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards.

Then, we have advanced and complete top inspection equipment in the industry: microscope, inside and outside hole size tester, image measuring instrument, etc. The above-mentioned equipment can fully guarantee to provide customers with high-precision final castings, and at the same time can ensure that customers can meet all-round testing requirements for materials, such as physical and chemical properties, non-destructive testing, and high-precision geometric size testing.

Q: What is the meaning of "B", "TVP", "BECBJ", "CC", "ECJ", "ECP" and "BECBP" on bearings?

A: These are bearing supplementary suffix which tells what kind of design in that particular bearing model. The design can be whether the bearings have bigger rolling elements, metal or rubber seals, cage material, contact angle …etc. Each bearing manufacturers explain the suffix meaning in their website/catalog and it is best way to get information from there. BECBJ, BECBP are mainly used in angular contact ball bearing. BE=40-degree contact angle, CB=bearings are designed for universal match-mounting where they are sitting immediately next to each other. They have normal clearance. The last character, in your case J and P denote cage material. J is steel cage and P is plastic cage.
